1:1 Chromebook Program

Insurance Update:  

• • Chromebook Insurance Information Flyer (2024-2025) 

    • • Direct link to Chromebook protection plan

      • Insurance may be purchased August 26th through September 20th for devices without existing damage

        • If any student has an issue with their Chromebook, send an email or stop by the D104 Tech Office during office hours.

Chromebook Repair Costs Without Insurance:

• Most common repair costs for FY 25:

  • • Screen $50-$60

    • Keyboard $50-$80

    • Total loss $260

    • Charger $25 (not covered under insurance)

• Repair Payment Option

  • • Families now have the option of paying for any Chromebook parts or repair fees on Revtrak.  The process is the same as if you would be paying for Athletics, lunch etc.  Fees are determined by our Technology department, and you will receive a total amount from them if applicable.  Each transaction on Revtrak has a $3.00 user fee.
